About LeisureTowne

LeisureTowne is a deed restricted community that is governed by Covenants, Bylaws, Rules, and Regulations. An elected Board of Trustees and a professional management team work on behalf of all LeisureTowne residents to oversee the daily operations, as well as protect the homeowners' investment and maintain property values. An Architectural Control Committee must approve all changes to the exterior of the home and the Community Standards Committee is responsible to ensure that homeowners adhere to all of the LeisureTowne Association rules.
